Carwell JONES Carwell Jones was born August 12, 1930, in Jachin, Alabama to Celia Ezell Rembert. He departed this life on August 15, 2015, at 2:30 a.m. at Clovernook Nursing Home in Cincinnati, Ohio. Carwell joined Cooper Mission CME Church at an early age. He later moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where he became a construction worker. Carwell was well known around Avondale and Downtown. Carwell was preceded in death by his wife, Cora Jones; mother, Celia Ezell Rembert; five sisters and three brothers. Carwell leaves to mourn: devoted nephew, James Pritchett;
devoted niece, Johnnie Sue Hollis; and a host of other nieces, nephews
and friends.
