Charles BLAIR Charles Dean Blair age 69 went to be with the Lord March 15, 2016. He was born August 31, 1946 in Paintsville, Ky to Meda and Morse Blair. He is survived by his siblings Phyllis Mays, Joann Knott, Trudi Perry, and Joe Blair. Dean was proceeded in death by his wife Audrey, daughter Pamela and brother David Blair. He had 1 daughter Melissa (Scott) Wheeler. Dean had two grandchildren Jamie Wheeler and Tiffany (Jeff) Queen, 2 great granddaughters Lillie and Paisley Queen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends that he loved very much. Dean was a veteran of the Korean War and a Mason. Dean was retired from Aeronca and was a member of Christian Assembly of God. Service Information:
