Larry WILLIAMS Larry Donald Williams was born on April 26th, 1948 to Frazier and Lillie Bell Williams in Cleveland, Ohio. As a young boy he had a curious and mischievous nature. He liked to fish, play with BB guns, and find adventure with his cousins and nephews in the urban streets of Cleveland, where he grew up on 74th and Quincy Ave. In his early twenties he met and formed a union with Iris Lynn Grattan. Together they had three beautiful daughters, Ayanna, Erica Sahara, and Thandiwe. They moved their family to East Cleveland, Ohio and embarked on a life together filled with fun, learning, adventure, and travel. After almost twenty-five years as a team, Iris and Larry annulled their marriage and Larry moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. After some years of the single life, Larry met the lovely Deborah Williams and spent the last nine years of his life with her as his constant companion. Together they attended parties, concerts, walked their dogs in the park, and spent time with their collective grandchildren. On October 11th, 2015 Larry succumbed to his battle against liver failure. He had the love and support of his family and friends to the very end. Larry is survived by his common-law wife Deborah Williams, his three daughters Ayanna Williams, Erica Sahara Williams and Thandiwe Martin-Bernal, four grandchildren Caleb Martin, King Williams, Havilland Star Williams, Brooklynn Jane Bernal and his four-legged son BaRock, aka Rock. Larry Williams had a passion for learning, which he instilled in his children. He had an intellectual and philosophical mind and was a die-hard Star Trek fan. He had an indomitable and adventurous spirit, which will live on in the hearts and actions of his loved ones. Larry Williams, you are dearly missed and your passing was much too soon for a renaissance man of your caliber. We love you more than you could ever have known.
