Marsha LINDSEY

Marsha Lynn Lindsey departed this life on Thursday, October 22, 2015, at Mercy Sienna Nursing Home after a long fight with diabetes. Marsha was born March 21, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, 1 of 3 children of Velma Jean & Alger Anderson. Marsha was a loving daughter, a devoted Christian, & a strong loving mother. Marsha was a 1968 graduate of Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. She loved singing, dancing, music, cooking, & her favorite past time was her grand children. Marsha was creative in design, art, & fashion. Marsha was a paramedic & later became a professional licensed cosmetologist. The creative, talented, stylish, & gifted Marsha Lynn Lindsey although is gone, will forever be in our hearts.

Marsha was proceeded in death by grandparents Carrie & James Richardson. Father Alger Anderson. Uncles Robert Richardson, Earl Richardson. Aunt Betty Taylor, Special Aunt Dorothy Richardson, Special nephew Rocco Lindsey.

Marsha leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother Velma J. Anderson. Loving children Jermaine Anderson Sr, Mar-Raysha Lindsey-Berry (James) , Ray Lindsey Jr. (Sarah), Patrick Walugembe (Tanisha), Oscar Simmons Jr. , Ta'Vehon Wilson. Grand children Andre, Jermaine Jr. , Vanessa, Mari', Alyssa, Ray III , James Jr. , Kahmawriay, Judah, & Ramah. Loving sister Sandy Alexander (Charles) & brother Michael Anderson (Cynthia). Special Uncle Jimmy Richardson. Aunt Lorraine Wright. Loving nieces Kimani Anderson-Haley & Michelle Anderson. A host of cousins including special cousins Shirley Johnson, Teddy Richardson, Karen Arnold, Donna Thomas, & Pam Taylor. Special family Sister in law Linda Lindsey, & Brother in law Nate Lindsey. Special lifetime friend Sherry Holly & Special friend Holly Carr. Special God children Shawn Holly, Danny Holly, Aamir Howard, Michelle Adams, Andre Taylor, Kasey Alves, Mycal Carr, Damien Carr, Nikki & Deangela Davis, Keishan Dorsey.
