Ricky MILNER

Rickey R. Milner was born May 8, 1957 to the late John R. and Orell B. Milner.

Rickey grew up in Jefferson Twp., and attended Jefferson High School in Dayton, OH Rickey at an early age, Rickey had to retire from Cooper Industries in Dayton, OH due to his lengthy illness.. He was ill at times for many years, however that never stopped him of his daily activities or hobbies. Rickey was energy, full of life and loved his family and friends. Rickey never met a stranger. When you ran or talked to Rickey, you knew you was in for a joke or two. Rickey put a smile on your face without a doubt. He was a comedian and the one who brought much laughter and jokes to his family and friends. He was an avid casino player and loved his sweet treats (donuts, candy etc.).

On Monday, July 11, 2016, Rickey transitioned from his life to his heavenly home at Good Samaritan Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Mary Helen Davis, Helen Louis Demmings and Thelma Ree Gadd, son Dewayne Milner, special-son Terry Blount. Rickey leaves to cherish his loving and joyful memory, his long-time girlfriend/life partner/better half Jeanna Pinson-Hill of Dayton, OH two sons Richard (Amanda) Harris of Erie, PA., and David Milner of Dayton, OH, special children Devon Blount, Willie and Wilisa Pinson all of Dayton, OH, two sisters Loretta M. Anderson and Mary (James) Woods both of Dayton, OH. He also leaves to cherish four grandchildren Elijah, Jamari, Mikel and Jamari all of Erie, PA. He leaves two loving Aunts, Thelma Cooper of Trotwood, OH and Orene (Wilmer) Moss of McNeil, Arkansas and a very special Mother Nora B. Hill of Trotwood, OH.

He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews great nieces, great nephews, cousins other relatives and friends, a very dear, devoted and life time friend Gerald (Horace) Thornton of Dayton, OH.
