Roy OWENS, JR.

Roy Owens Jr. was born January 25, 1957 in Dayton, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife Teresa Neal. He departed on February 20, 2014 at Kettering Hospital.

Roy graduated from Nettle Lee Roth High School, and later became employed by ACI Cable, Dayton Metropolitan Housing, Good Year Automotive Service, and Marathon Auto Service.

Roy loved to fish, D.J., and play chess. He was an excellent mechanic, handyman, and barber. He won 1st place as best dressed as a model. Roy loved his family and was always caring for his children.

Roy leaves to mourn his mother Lonnie Mae Robinson Pittman, his children Corey Murphy, Roy D. Owens III (Amy), Chaz A. Owens (Leslie), Lawanda Neal, and Jerome Neal. Siblings, Verlene Windsor (Clarence), Patricia Ann Pittman Jackson, Oscar Pittman Jr. Grandchildren Chaz Jr., Mi'Lez, Tayvone, Christian, Caleb, Lariyah, and many nieces and nephews.

Roy was preceded by his wife Teresa Neal, father Roy Owens, Sr., son Terrell Owens, and siblings: Dorothy Mae Owens, Carrie L. Owens, Carol Ann Owens, and Douglas Arthur Pittman, Uncle Alvin Robinson and many other aunts and uncles.
