Shari L. CATON

Shari L. Caton, 57, passed away on April 14, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was at her home in Burlington, KY, with her wife Beverly by her side. Shari was born on November 15, 1958 in Fort Meade, MD.

Shari was a strong, caring person who had several career paths. She began her journey as an LPN on a geriatrics unit followed by a position in medical computer technology. In 1999 she started her true passion in life of helping people pursue their goals and dreams with Beverly, in Primerica. In 2008 when Beverly became Regional Vice President, Shari became her supporting partner, motivator and biggest cheerleader. One could not have prospered without the other.

Shari is survived by her wife and Life Partner of 19 years Beverly A. Gurney, her mother, Elizabeth Caton, her sister Barbara (Dominic) Glorioso, nieces Emily and Sarah Glorioso. In-laws; Shirley and Frank Holtgrefe, Deborah (David) Thompson, niece Desiree Thompson, Gary (Michele) Holtgrefe, nieces Misty Young, Aimee (Daniel) Golembeski, nephew Garrett Kellogg, Shirley Norcia, nephew Mikie Norcia, and multitudes of loving family and friends.

Visitation and Service will be held at Hopeful Lutheran Church
11:00am Saturday April 16.
