Terry COX

Terry Deane Cox age 70 peacefully passed into the presence of His Lord & Savior on May 30, 2014. He was a genuine sincere friend and relative to many here in Cincinnati.....a city he loved. Once you met Terry, you would never forget him...and we were all the richer for having known him. He lived his life to the fullest and he lived it HIS way.

TC - I am so thankful Christy, the girls and I were able to see you on Friday. I am so appreciative of the last 26 years to be around the "musical genius." I am grateful that I was able to marry your only daughter and give you two wonderful grand-daughters, who I promise will always remember the great times they had with their Popo. -- Jeff Weiss

When those we love go away, they never really leave us; they are with us now, wherever we are.
Those whom we have cherished, live on forever, for love wraps itself around the heart.

The angels are always near to those who are grieving, to whisper to them that their loved ones are safe in the hand of God.

Steve & Rosie Bankson

How does one begin but to say Terry will be missed by many. My memories since I first met Terry over 55 years: “Wow, that man could dance and he could tell jokes like no one else. How could he possibly remember all of them”. Terry made each and every person feel special and my memories of Terry continue to put a smile on my face. We will all miss this special person. - Sherry Wright
I’ll miss Terry’s phone calls with some new joke he heard, a new car he saw or how he did in golf that day. Most of all I’ll miss just having someone to talk to who could always cheer me up. Good bye dear brother and friend. My love goes out to all of the family, to Gailen and to you Terry. We’ll see each other again one day. - Heather Cox
We will miss Terry very much. Not only brother and brother in law but a great friend. Always ready with a joke. Great sense of humor. God Bless we will miss you a lot. All our Love. -Luella and Ron
We will truly miss Terry. Thanks for all the happy and enjoyable nights playing cards. Thank God he is in a better place pain free. Our deepest sympathy to the Cox family especially to Gailen. Love Joan and Ed
I remember Terry as fearless on the diving board and trampoline. He was incredible! We lost touch after I left Cincy on my 26 year military career and afterward settled in northern CA when I retired from the Air Force in 1993. Our paths may have crossed a couple of times through the years, but we were usually a continent apart. I’m the poorer for not staying in touch. Seventy (my present age) is far to young to leave this earth — Terry still had much to give. Carol and I send our love and sympathy to his family and many friends. Terry may gone but he’ll never be forgotten. - Dave and Carol Kraus
I remember Terry with a big smile that made everyone feel happy. May he rest in peace. My prayers are with you.- Jo Ann Smith

When I think of Terry, I remember what a fantastic diver and swimmer he was at Western Hills High School. Terry was an all around great athlete. Although we haven’t kept in touch since high school, I was so comforted as I read through all the wonderful comments made by family and friends. What a special person – loved and respected by all who knew him well!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.......Mary Jo “Bizzarri” Wray
