Tommy KESSLER

Tommy Louis Kessler was born on December 31st 1943 in Jefferson, Georgia (Jackson County). His parents Pearl Kessler and Thomas J Kessler preceded him in death. His brother Jerry Kessler preceded him in death as well as his long time companion Louise Davis.

Tommy was a seasoned mechanic in his earlier years and when he could no longer work on vehicles he assisted others in the profession.

Tommy enjoyed his life and had a passion for helping others. His motto was: “God put us down here for a reason and that is to help each other”. Tommy had no biological children, but with his wife Louise they raised granddaughter Shannon Davis until she was 4 years of age.

Tommy leaves behind to cherish his memories: His brother Anthony Kessler (nee Renee Kessler), 5 stepchildren; Sheila Ward (nee William Ward); Lanita Davis; Shawn Davis; Tina Davis; and Jeffrey Davis (nee Martha Davis),14 grandchildren; Robert Mayberry, Clinton Davis, Keyvonn Davis, Steve Daugherty, Trequan Daugherty, Rashawn Vaugh, Regina Vaugh, Brittany Davis, Jada Davis, Shannon Davis, Ronnecka Gaines, Maria Gaines, Amaria’ Gaines; Ralph Gaines, Rashawn Davis, and Michael Davis, 4 great grandchildren; Kenny Mayberry, Katrina Seals (whom he affectionately called Karrina), Janiyah Rosemond, and EdMyra Sanders. He also leaves behind a host of Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
