Willie "Pops" FRAZIER

Willie James Frazier was born October 24, 1944 in Yazoo City, Mississippi to the late Kemmett and Florine (Stuckey) Frazier. To this union Willie James was the oldest of 12 children.

Willie met his childhood sweetheart Ernestine Frazier at the age of 21. To this union they had four children.

Willie James was known for his out spoken personality and sense of humor! Everyone knew of Willie James, wherever he went he would make people laugh! As he sat reflecting on his life he would say, "I was just a nappy headed little boy that emulated adults. As a child I always wanted to be a trumpet player."

Willie took pride in educating himself and could often be found at the public library reading. "I've worked at GM, the Sanitation Dept.. I've had so many jobs…I've been everything but the President of the United States!" Seriously! Willie James loved to travel and had plans to visit his home in Mississippi to once again climb his childhood tree and carve his name.

He leaves behind four sisters Carrie Lee, Pauline, Jacqueline, Joyce; two brothers, Rufus and Luevissa; two brother in law's Nathaniel and Ronald; three aunts Wiliemae Smith , Geneva Stuckey, and Rose Lewis of Cincinnati.

Willie was proceeded in death by his siblings the late Dorothy (Speedy) Kemmet (Kim), Matthew (Mat), Geneieve (Jenny), and Beverly.
